{"id":9140,"date":"2013-03-18T14:48:44","date_gmt":"2013-03-18T14:48:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/barreiroweb.eu\/?p=9140"},"modified":"2013-03-18T14:48:44","modified_gmt":"2013-03-18T14:48:44","slug":"importa-acreditar-apostar-e-nunca-desistir-deles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/?p=9140","title":{"rendered":"Importa acreditar, apostar e nunca desistir deles!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/barreiroweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/CEF_1B.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[9140]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-9141\" alt=\"CEF_1B\" src=\"http:\/\/barreiroweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/CEF_1B-300x200.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/CEF_1B-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/CEF_1B.jpg 314w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Este texto pretende ser, por um lado, um agradecimento especial aos dois grupos de alunos que apoiaram a sess\u00e3o de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Projecto \u00abOlhar Augusto Cabrita \u2013 sentir compreender e revelar\u00bb, realizada no passado S\u00e1bado, 16 de Mar\u00e7o, no Audit\u00f3rio Municipal Augusto Cabrita, e que foram os jovens do Curso Profissional de Recep\u00e7\u00e3o, da Escola Secund\u00e1ria St\u00ba Andr\u00e9 e os alunos do 1\u00baB (CEF de Hotelaria e Servi\u00e7o de Mesas), Escola Padre Ab\u00edlio Mendes do Agrupamento Escola Augusto Cabrita e, por outro lado, um pedido a todos os professores e educadores que leccionam turmas de CEF e que tantas vezes sentem que n\u00e3o vale a pena trabalhar com estas turmas. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 importante desmistificar a imagem negativa muita gente tem destes cursos, principalmente dos CEFs (Cursos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Forma\u00e7\u00e3o). Muitos consideram at\u00e9 que estes deviam acabar porque os alunos n\u00e3o querem fazer nada e revelam-se verdadeiros delinquentes. A verdade \u00e9 que a maior parte dos mi\u00fados destes cursos s\u00e3o desmotivados e t\u00eam avers\u00e3o \u00e0 escola. Aprendem melhor nas aulas pr\u00e1ticas e comportam-se melhor nestas. Muitos v\u00eam de fam\u00edlias completamente desestruturadas, com hist\u00f3rias de vida muito complicadas, algumas at\u00e9 dram\u00e1ticas. S\u00e3o jovens a quem, a maior parte das vezes, a vida n\u00e3o sorriu nem sorri. Cabe a n\u00f3s, na Escola, proporcionar-lhes esses sorrisos a que t\u00eam direito, mostrando-lhes as formas corretas de os poderem alcan\u00e7ar. Tudo passa por um esfor\u00e7o muito grande que envolve o ajustamento dos programas \u00e0s realidades dos alunos, um ambiente de aprendizagem calmo, acolhedor e prazenteiro, onde impere a exig\u00eancia, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, o respeito e a disciplina, e uma capacidade enorme em acreditar na transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do ser humano, respeitando as diferen\u00e7as nos comportamentos e nos saberes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ora isto significa, em muitos casos, \u201cfazer das tripas cora\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d para os cativar e ensinar. Eu pr\u00f3pria, que lecciono estas turmas h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios anos, sinto a minha energia e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o frequentemente esgotadas mas, felizmente, penso nos casos positivos (nem que seja apenas um) e n\u00e3o desisto de os \u201ctrazer at\u00e9 a mim\u201d, de lhes mostrar o caminho certo, de os educar pelo caminho do trabalho, dos valores e dos afetos. Nem sempre consigo mas se conseguir \u201ctrazer\u201d um j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma conquista. Tudo \u00e9 melhor do que baixar os bra\u00e7os e v\u00ea-los na rua, ao abandono. N\u00e3o quero deixar transparecer que estou perante algum acto her\u00f3ico da minha parte. N\u00e3o. Esta \u00e9 a minha obriga\u00e7\u00e3o, enquanto professora\/ educadora. \u00c9 f\u00e1cil ser professora quando os alunos s\u00e3o de f\u00e1cil trato e aprendem bem. Mas os casos dif\u00edceis s\u00e3o, na minha opini\u00e3o, a verdadeira raz\u00e3o de qualquer professor que se preze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os alunos que estiveram no AMAC neste dia s\u00e3o a prova de que importa acreditar, apostar e nunca desistir deles! Os jovens assumiram o seu papel e fun\u00e7\u00e3o com muito profissionalismo e brilharam pelo servi\u00e7o prestado, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 por terem j\u00e1 demonstrado t\u00e9cnica adquirida mas tamb\u00e9m pela amabilidade e educa\u00e7\u00e3o que apresentaram.
