N\u00e3o contentes com esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o os trabalhadores elaboraram em conjunto com o STAL um abaixo assinado de protesto que recolheu a assinatura da esmagadora maioria dos trabalhadores da empresa (75 assinaturas) e foi entregue \u00e0 Administra\u00e7\u00e3o hoje, quinta feira, dia 03 de Fevereiro de 2011.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este documento entregue \u00e0 Administra\u00e7\u00e3o demonstra o protesto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s redu\u00e7\u00f5es\/cortes salariais efectuados na empresa, \u00e0 estagna\u00e7\u00e3o do valor do subs\u00eddio de refei\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e0 proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de altera\u00e7\u00e3o nas remunera\u00e7\u00f5es, nomea\u00e7\u00f5es, promo\u00e7\u00f5es, progress\u00f5es na carreira e reclassifica\u00e7\u00f5es, cortes nas ajudas de custo, cortes nos valores remunerat\u00f3rios por km para desloca\u00e7\u00f5es em viatura pr\u00f3pria (uma grande incongru\u00eancia o corte nesta verba quando os pre\u00e7os dos combust\u00edveis aumentam drasticamente) e proibi\u00e7\u00e3o da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9mios de desempenho e afins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9m neste abaixo assinado \u00e9 pretendida a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o pela empresa da semana das 35 horas de trabalho semanal, bem como a adop\u00e7\u00e3o do regime de f\u00e9rias adstrito \u00e0 Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apoiando e promovendo este abaixo assinado o STAL vem tamb\u00e9m reiterar a urg\u00eancia do inicio de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Empresa no sentido da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um contrato colectivo de trabalho, lan\u00e7ando o repto para que este processo se inicie o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O STAL exprime tamb\u00e9m a sua firmeza contra qualquer tentativa por parte do Governo de privatiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Empresa, ou de qualquer empresa do Grupo \u00c1guas de Portugal, prosseguindo a sua pol\u00edtica de <strong>defesa da \u00c1gua como um Servi\u00e7o P\u00fablico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O STAL aguarda pelo desenvolvimento deste processo, estando preparado para em conjunto com os trabalhadores da Simarsul decidir por outras e mais avan\u00e7adas formas de luta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00a0A Direc\u00e7\u00e3o Regional de Set\u00fabal do STAL<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">03 Fevereiro 2011<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No passado dia 25 de Janeiro os trabalhadores da SIMARSUL viram-se confrontados no seu recibo de ordenado com cortes salariais, entre os 3,5% e os 10%.
