A institui\u00e7\u00e3o que ir\u00e1 promover este servi\u00e7o ser\u00e1 definida entre os parceiros do CLASM porque \u00e9 a entidade que melhor conhece as necessidades da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. O Plano de Emerg\u00eancia Social foi outro dos assuntos focados pela diretora da seguran\u00e7a social de Set\u00fabal, nomeadamente o acompanhamento de idosos em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de isolamento, real\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia de todas as entidades envolvidas neste processo e tamb\u00e9m a sua articula\u00e7\u00e3o essencial com as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No plen\u00e1rio, foi tamb\u00e9m aprovada a constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Social de Freguesia do Vale da Amoreira. Trata-se de um \u00f3rg\u00e3o da Rede Social que ir\u00e1 desenvolver um trabalho de parceria e articula\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel de todas as freguesias, tornando-se na primeira Comiss\u00e3o Social de Freguesia do concelho da Moita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O CLASM aprovou igualmente o seu Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o para 2012, no qual est\u00e3o definidas quatro prioridades: 1 \u2013 combater a pobreza das crian\u00e7as, dos idosos e das fam\u00edlias; 2 \u2013 corrigir as desvantagens da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, forma\u00e7\u00e3o\/qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e emprego; 3 \u2013 refor\u00e7ar a integra\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas com defici\u00eancia, imigrantes e minorias \u00e9tnicas; 4 \u2013 promover uma Rede Social coesa e participada no concelho da Moita.
