No entanto esse crescimento n\u00e3o foi acompanhado do aumento de equipamentos, nomeadamente estabelecimentos educativos ao n\u00edvel do ensino secund\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nesta Freguesia, a \u00fanica escola secund\u00e1ria \u00e9 a Escola Secund\u00e1ria Michael Giacometti, provis\u00f3ria h\u00e1 mais de 20 anos, com uma capacidade para cerca de 400 estudantes do ensino secund\u00e1rio, abaixo das estimativas da popula\u00e7\u00e3o estudantil em idade de frequ\u00eancia do ensino secund\u00e1rio, que rondar\u00e1 os cerca de 1000 estudantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Torna-se assim evidente a necessidade da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova escola secund\u00e1ria nesta Freguesia, j\u00e1 reconhecida pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o. A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Sesimbra j\u00e1 disponibilizou um terreno para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da escola, tendo sido adjudicado o projecto em Junho de 2011, com a perspectiva de conclus\u00e3o da obra no inicio do ano lectivo 2013\/2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entretanto, foi do conhecimento p\u00fablico que o Governo suspendeu todos os projectos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o previstos para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, no qual se inclui a Escola Secund\u00e1ria do Peru, na Quinta do Conde. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o desta escola \u00e9 determinante para assegurar a todos os estudantes o direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o, p\u00fablica, gratuita e de qualidade, como consagrado na nossa Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo que, o Governo deve lan\u00e7ar o concurso para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da escola secund\u00e1ria na Quinta do Conde, como planeado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os deputados do PCP, Paula Santos, Francisco Lopes e Bruno Dias, quiseram saber se o Governo reconhece a insuficiente capacidade da rede p\u00fablica na Quinta do Conde em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ensino secund\u00e1rio e face a esta evid\u00eancia como pretende o Governo resolver o problema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os deputados questionaram tamb\u00e9m o Governo para saber se este vai lan\u00e7ar o concurso para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da escola secund\u00e1ria na Quinta do Conde, como planeado, para entrar em funcionamento no ano lectivo 2013\/2014<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00a0DORS do PCP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Freguesia da Quinta do Conde, no Concelho de Sesimbra, segundo os Censos de 2011, tem mais de 26 mil habitantes, registando-se um crescimento demogr\u00e1fico de 106% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2001.
