O encontro teve lugar no pronto-a-comer \u201cPaladares\u201d e estiveram presentes o Presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal do Barreiro, Carlos Humberto de Carvalho, o Vereador Rui Lopo, respons\u00e1vel pela \u00e1rea do Planeamento e Gest\u00e3o Urbana, e Ana Porf\u00edrio, em representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Junta de Freguesia da Verderena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A obra contempla a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da rede de saneamento, de condutas e de ramais de \u00e1gua, e trabalhos de pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Est\u00e1, ainda, prevista a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma \u00e1rea para estacionamento, com 17 lugares, para al\u00e9m da coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de nova arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o e instala\u00e7\u00e3o de ilha ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carlos Humberto de Carvalho explicou que a obra \u00e9 da responsabilidade do construtor e tem alguma complexidade. Este \u201cconstruiu um lote e para avan\u00e7ar com a edifica\u00e7\u00e3o do segundo \u00e9 obrigado a realizar a interven\u00e7\u00e3o na referida Praceta\u201d, referiu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com recurso a plantas do Projecto, o Vereador Rui Lopo informou que a obra tem uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o prevista de nove meses e adiantou que \u201ctodo o terreno ter\u00e1 se ser levantado para a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o da rede de saneamento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por sua vez, os moradores colocaram v\u00e1rias quest\u00f5es relacionadas com o escoamento de \u00e1guas pluviais, ao que o Vereador respondeu que \u201co construtor ter\u00e1 de fazer encaminhamentos diferentes para as \u00e1guas pluviais e para o esgoto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os mun\u00edcipes expuseram, ainda, problemas relacionados com o escoamento de \u00e1guas pluviais existentes nos quintais de pr\u00e9dios circundantes, com cerca de 30 anos.
