O encerramento tem a ver, com a necessidade de reduzir custos.<\/p>\n

No entanto, ningu\u00e9m apresentou dados concretos aquelas trabalhadoras, sobre qual o custo que tem para a empresa a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do infant\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Nem t\u00e3o pouco apresentaram quais os benef\u00edcios sociais que a sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o acarreta.<\/p>\n

A politica de destrui\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos sociais est\u00e1 em marcha acelerada, como se fossem estes pequenos benef\u00edcios que levaram \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o de endividamento das empresas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n

Falsa quest\u00e3o. Provavelmente, o infant\u00e1rio custar\u00e1 \u00e0 empresa muito menos do que custam as<\/p>\n

Retribui\u00e7\u00f5es e pr\u00e9mios atribu\u00eddos aos gestores p\u00fablicos nas empresas do grupo.<\/p>\n

A medida vai afectar cerca de 15 crian\u00e7as, que ficam sem infant\u00e1rio, e 5 trabalhadoras v\u00e3o ficar desempregadas.<\/p>\n

Medida cega, que certamente n\u00e3o vai contribuir em nada, para a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento das empresas envolvidas.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 mais um ataque aos trabalhadores, os pais das crian\u00e7as, que perdem um benef\u00edcio social importante e imprescind\u00edvel nas suas vidas.<\/p>\n

Os direitos sociais est\u00e3o contemplados na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e na Lei e s\u00e3o uma forma de atenuar os efeitos nefastos dos sal\u00e1rios praticados no Pa\u00eds, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os que s\u00e3o praticados no resto da Europa.<\/p>\n

A medida, enquanto violadora dos direitos sociais, direitos adquiridos pelos trabalhadores e pelas crian\u00e7as, \u00e9 ilegal e inconstitucional.<\/p>\n

Os trabalhadores visados t\u00eam mais um motivo para aderir \u00e0 greve geral, para al\u00e9m de poderem accionar a empresa junto dos Tribunais, para fazer valer os direitos sociais, que adquiriram h\u00e1 j\u00e1 muitos anos.<\/p>\n

Se o Governo ataca trabalhadores e crian\u00e7as indefesas, retirando-lhes direitos adquiridos, ent\u00e3o a resposta \u00e9 a luta contra tal ataque, na vertente mais pura, a Greve, e a luta nos Tribunais pelo direito \u00e0 legalidade.<\/p>\n
