Quando do outro lado est\u00e1 um povo determinado em conquistar a emancipa\u00e7\u00e3o e a dignidade, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 APSIC que valha!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Em Outubro de 1972, Am\u00edlcar Cabral anuncia no Plen\u00e1rio da ONU, a proclama\u00e7\u00e3o para breve da\u00a0 Guin\u00e9-Bissau, concretizada em Setembro de 1973, em Madina do Bo\u00e9, numa zona libertada. A novel Rep\u00fablica Popular da Guin\u00e9-Bissau foi imediatamente reconhecida por muitos pa\u00edses africanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 O seu principal obreiro e l\u00edder carism\u00e1tico, Am\u00edlcar Cabral, n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 todavia assistir ao acto fundador, eliminado fisicamente em Janeiro de 1973, a mando da PIDE e do Imperialismo, com cumplicidades internas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 A sorte da guerra estava tra\u00e7ada, em Mar\u00e7o de 1973, o PAIGC abate os primeiros avi\u00f5es portugueses com\u00a0 m\u00edsseis terra-ar de fabrico sovi\u00e9tico, os famosos \u201cStrella\u201d, disparados de bases m\u00f3veis e celebrizados no Vietname.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Entretanto Ant\u00f3nio de Sp\u00ednola joga as \u00faltimas cartadas e em Maio de 1972, encontra-se junto \u00e0 fronteira com Leopold Senghor, presidente do Senegal e um dos primordiais vectores das solu\u00e7\u00f5es neocolonialistas na \u00c1frica Ocidental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Havia em Portugal um importante sector liberal ( Rebelo de Sousa, Luz Cunha, Adriano Moreira, Xavier Pintado, Miller Guerra, Rui Patr\u00edcio, e outros), que defendia para a Guin\u00e9 uma \u201csolu\u00e7\u00e3o honrosa\u201d, uma independ\u00eancia negociada que deixasse abertos os caminhos para a subjuga\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e a continua\u00e7\u00e3o da explora\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica\u00a0 dos recursos africanos, ainda que por novas vias. Tal como tinham acautelado a Fran\u00e7a e a Gr\u00e3-Bretanha, quando nos anos 60 promoveram os governos da burguesia negra, em muitos dos novos pa\u00edses independentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0 A guerra entrava numa fase derradeira, as for\u00e7as guineenses combatem por todo o lado j\u00e1 organizadas como um ex\u00e9rcito irregular, passando a uma fase superior da luta inicial de guerrilha.
