A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o estar\u00e1 a cargo do deputado Bruno Dias, eleito pelo c\u00edrculo de Set\u00fabal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No mesmo dia, o PCP promove uma ac\u00e7\u00e3o de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o deste projecto na Pen\u00ednsula de Set\u00fabal, junto das esta\u00e7\u00f5es e paragens que se prop\u00f5e que passem a ser abrangidas pelo passe social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O PCP apresenta este projecto-Lei num momento em que os utentes dos transportes s\u00e3o confrontados com o maior aumento do pre\u00e7o dos transportes p\u00fablicos de que h\u00e1 mem\u00f3ria (entre 15 a 25%) e quando, pela voz do Ministro da Economia e do Emprego, se apontam para novos aumentos para o futuro pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O passe social intermodal, conquistado na sequ\u00eancia da Revolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Abril, contribuiu para reduzir os gastos familiares fixos com transportes e assegurou aos utentes do transporte colectivo o acesso a uma oferta diversificada e abrangente, num sistema tarif\u00e1rio que veio racionalizar e simplificar a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o se confinando \u00e0s desloca\u00e7\u00f5es pendulares di\u00e1rias, para trabalhar ou estudar, o passe social intermodal deu aos seus utilizadores outras possibilidades de mobilidade alargando esta \u00e0 cultura, ao desporto, ao recreio, ao lazer, sem que tal representasse custos adicionais para os seus utilizadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pol\u00edtica do actual Governo PSD\/CDS-PP nesta mat\u00e9ria configura e acentua uma indesment\u00edvel estrat\u00e9gia de desvirtuamento do conceito e objectivos do passe social intermodal. Com efeito, a repetida e amplificada propaganda sobre a tese do \u201cutilizador-pagador\u201d n\u00e3o passa de uma receita recauchutada para a demiss\u00e3o do Estado face \u00e0s suas responsabilidades no sector estrat\u00e9gico dos transportes, num flagrante ataque ao direito das popula\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 mobilidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A ser aprovado, este Projecto-Lei permitir\u00e1 aos utentes da Fertagus e Metro Transportes Sul usufru\u00edrem do Passe Social Intermodal, coisa que hoje n\u00e3o acontece, caso da Fertagus, ou \u00e9 exigido um \u201ccomplemento\u201d de 9\u20ac, caso do Metro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da mesma maneira, a proposta do PCP adequa as coroas \u00e0 realidade de hoje, j\u00e1 que, com a cada vez maior e mais intensa especula\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria, uma significativa parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o tem vindo a fixar resid\u00eancia mais longe dos locais de trabalho e de estudo, e muitas empresas e locais de trabalho t\u00eam sido transferidas e instaladas em localiza\u00e7\u00f5es mais perif\u00e9ricas e menos bem servidas nas redes de transportes p\u00fablicos e acessibilidades. Assim, dist\u00e2ncias maiores s\u00e3o percorridas diariamente, com os correspondentes custos econ\u00f3micos e hor\u00e1rios.
