Ou seja: no fim do ano de 2011, muitos portugueses s\u00f3 v\u00e3o receber onze meses e meio de sal\u00e1rio, pela simples raz\u00e3o de que h\u00e1 muito que n\u00e3o t\u00eam nem subs\u00eddio de f\u00e9rias nem subs\u00eddio de Natal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E, perguntar\u00e3o, como assim?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 que o subs\u00eddio de F\u00e9rias (13\u00ba m\u00eas) e o subs\u00eddio de Natal (14\u00ba m\u00eas), para a maioria dos reformados, j\u00e1 n\u00e3o existe. \u00c9 isso mesmo: j\u00e1 n\u00e3o existe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E quem, e quando, fez desaparecer o subs\u00eddio de f\u00e9rias e o subs\u00eddio de Natal desses reformados?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foi precisamente o actual Presidente da Rep\u00fablica, enquanto Primeiro-ministro, que, em 1993, protagonizou o que se pode classificar de um crime contra os futuros reformados ao impor a primeira \u201creforma\u201d da Seguran\u00e7a Social que consistiu, entre outras malfeitorias, na retirada simult\u00e2nea do subs\u00eddio de f\u00e9rias e do subs\u00eddio de Natal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dada a colossal mentira de falarem em subs\u00eddio de Natal e n\u00e3o em m\u00eas de sal\u00e1rio, \u00e9 imperioso avivar a mem\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O governo, ent\u00e3o, desferiu o primeiro grande golpe contra a Seguran\u00e7a Social, ao impor uma nova Lei de Bases, com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o a toda a carreira contributiva, portanto, retroactiva, modificando tr\u00eas regras b\u00e1sicas de c\u00e1lculo para se obterem as pens\u00f5es.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de 1993, contam os melhores dez dos \u00faltimos quinze anos e n\u00e3o os melhores cinco anos dos \u00faltimos dez; diminui de 2,2 para 2 %, por cada ano de descontos, para encontrar o montante da pens\u00e3o atribuir e <strong>passam a utilizar a f\u00f3rmula, 14 frac\u00e7\u00f5es (12 sal\u00e1rios mais os subs\u00eddios de f\u00e9rias e de Natal) a dividir por 14 meses em vez de dividir por 12 meses, retirando de uma s\u00f3 vez o 13\u00ba m\u00eas (subsidio de ferias) e o\u00a014\u00ba m\u00eas (subs\u00eddio de Natal). <\/strong>S\u00e3o 16,6% a menos.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ent\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m, se bem se lembram, alteraram para 65 anos, em vez de 62, a idade de reforma das mulheres, n\u00e3o tendo em conta que, para al\u00e9m do emprego, a mulher acumula, pelo menos, mais duas fun\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o remuneradas: uma, a de ser\u00a0dom\u00e9stica e outra, por norma, \u00e9 a de ser\u00a0m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Em conclus\u00e3o, <\/strong>a todos os que foram reformados a partir de 1993, \u00a0h\u00e1 18 anos, e\u00a0que devem ser a maioria dos actuais reformados, <strong>qualquer redu\u00e7\u00e3o do que denominam de <\/strong><strong>subs\u00eddio de Natal<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> <strong>significa um assalto<\/strong>, <strong>n\u00e3o ao <\/strong><strong>subs\u00eddio de Natal<\/strong><strong>, o qual j\u00e1 n\u00e3o existe, mas ao sal\u00e1rio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Alfredo de Matos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O que v\u00e3o fazer a muitos portugueses, no fim do ano, \u00e9 extorquirem-lhes 50% de um m\u00eas de sal\u00e1rio e n\u00e3o 50% do subs\u00eddio de Natal.
