Segundo o Presidente da CMB, para al\u00e9m do esfor\u00e7o financeiro a obra, iniciada no passado m\u00eas de Fevereiro, implicou outros esfor\u00e7os ao n\u00edvel do seu acompanhamento. \u201cHouve um empreiteiro que abandonou a obra, obrigando a um conjunto de medidas de acompanhamento que se tiveram de tomar\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para os pr\u00f3ximos dias, est\u00e1 prevista a desmontagem da tenda (local onde funcionou, provisoriamente, o Mercado) e \u201calguns pormenores que ainda \u00e9 preciso apurar\u201d, concluiu o autarca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por seu lado, o Vereador Santa Clara, respons\u00e1vel pelos Servi\u00e7os Urbanos, sublinhou que o novo espa\u00e7o \u201cficou com mais luminosidade, \u00e9 mais higi\u00e9nico e atractivo\u201d. Considera que este Mercado tem caracter\u00edsticas especiais. \u201cEst\u00e1 numa zona densamente povoada, com uma clientela bastante fiel, essencialmente, das freguesias da Verderena e do Alto do Seixalinho funcionando como um pequeno espa\u00e7o de conv\u00edvio\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De salientar que a interven\u00e7\u00e3o incluiu a total substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da cobertura, a remodela\u00e7\u00e3o da instala\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9ctrica, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de dois espa\u00e7os novos, um para a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e um outro para o bar.
