Um aumento que vem lesar ainda mais o direito \u00e0 mobilidade dos cidad\u00e3os com mais debilidades econ\u00f3micas e sociais e reduzir as oportunidades na procura de emprego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com esta medida, o Governo vai afastar ainda mais as pessoas dos transportes p\u00fablicos. \u00c9 uma medida que vem contrariar as necessidades prementes do pa\u00eds, a n\u00edvel econ\u00f3mico e social, nomeadamente a depend\u00eancia energ\u00e9tica do combust\u00edvel f\u00f3ssil, cujo peso na d\u00edvida externa \u00e9 grande, assim como nas emiss\u00f5es de CO2 para a atmosfera, que tem conduzido \u00e0 necessidade de Portugal comprar quotas de emiss\u00f5es, investindo l\u00e1 fora o que n\u00e3o investe c\u00e1 dentro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Partido Ecologista \u201cOs Verdes\u201d manifesta a sua solidariedade com todas as Comiss\u00f5es de Utentes que hoje manifestaram a sua oposi\u00e7\u00e3o a estes aumentos, no Cais do Sodr\u00e9, Oeiras, Pontinha, Amadora, Cac\u00e9m, P\u00f3voa de Santa Iria e, ao fim da tarde, no Porto. \u201cOs Verdes\u201d consideram que n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 a verba recolhida com este aumento que ir\u00e1 resolver o problema do d\u00e9fice das empresas p\u00fablicas de transportes. Este \u00e9, ali\u00e1s, um argumento falacioso e exemplo disso \u00e9 o caso da Linha de Sintra, onde o passe sofreu um aumento de cerca de 25% quando esta linha n\u00e3o apresenta problemas de d\u00e9fice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOs Verdes\u201d reafirmam que a sustentabilidade econ\u00f3mica dos transportes p\u00fablicos passa, em primeiro lugar, por uma gest\u00e3o virada para atrair mais utentes e passageiros e presta\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7os alargadas a diversas \u00e1reas, o que implica uma melhoria do servi\u00e7o, adequando-o \u00e0s necessidades das popula\u00e7\u00f5es e dos utentes (conforto, hor\u00e1rios e pre\u00e7o) e uma boa cobertura nacional e aproveitar todas as potencialidades dos servi\u00e7os, nomeadamente na \u00e1rea do turismo e das mercadorias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por outro lado, a sanidade financeira das empresas de transporte, passa tamb\u00e9m, e obrigatoriamente, pelo investimento do Governo nesta \u00e1rea, nomeadamente no que diz respeito \u00e0 renova\u00e7\u00e3o dos meios utilizados, tanto a n\u00edvel ferrovi\u00e1rio como rodovi\u00e1rio, assumindo por esta via o reconhecimento do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico que elas prestam e o contributo que estas t\u00eam que dar para o desenvolvimento do pa\u00eds, nomeadamente do interior, combatendo a desertifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">O Partido Ecologista \u201cOs Verdes\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O aumento do pre\u00e7o dos transportes p\u00fablicos que entrou hoje em vigor, \u00e9 mais um roubo aos trabalhadores, \u00e0s fam\u00edlias deste pa\u00eds e aos que optaram por bons comportamentos ambientais, deixando o carro em casa.
