Perante tal orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Transtejo considerou tal objectivo inating\u00edvel sem uma significativa e acentuada redu\u00e7\u00e3o da oferta, ou seja, um ataque s\u00e9rio ao servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico prestado \u00e0s Popula\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neste quadro e como medidas de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o a muito curto prazo, anunciaram a pretens\u00e3o, entre outras, de propor \u00e0 tutela a retirada de um dos tr\u00eas navios em circula\u00e7\u00e3o na Linha Lisboa\/Seixal na hora de ponta da manh\u00e3, cortando liga\u00e7\u00f5es a essa hora e passando assim de um intervalo de 20 em 20 minutos para 25 em 25. Tal perspectiva, a ser concretizada, penaliza os utentes, degradando a qualidade do servi\u00e7o deste transporte p\u00fablico e retirando-lhe atractividade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perante tal cen\u00e1rio, regista-se a determina\u00e7\u00e3o das Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Representativas dos Trabalhadores do grupo Transtejo, que deliberaram n\u00e3o se resignar aos fatalismos e decidiram encetar contactos com diversas entidades, entre as quais a Comiss\u00e3o de Utentes, visando travar tais pretens\u00f5es. As Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Representativas dos Trabalhadores e a Comiss\u00e3o de Utentes recordaram assim que, na d\u00e9cada de 80, id\u00eantico cen\u00e1rio surgira no Concelho do Seixal, em que a pretens\u00e3o era extinguir a respectiva carreira fluvial a pretexto da crise de ent\u00e3o. Resultando da sua ac\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta e concertada, as Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es Representativas dos Trabalhadores, a Comiss\u00e3o de Utentes e Eleitos das Autarquias do Seixal, envolvendo as popula\u00e7\u00f5es, conseguiram travar essa inten\u00e7\u00e3o. E assim foram poss\u00edveis as decis\u00f5es de investimento p\u00fablico nas infra-estruturas do novo Terminal Rodo\/fluvial bem como a renova\u00e7\u00e3o da frota de navios, motivando assim o crescimento e a reconhecida melhoria da qualidade do transporte fluvial para os n\u00edveis hoje conhecidos \u2013 em 2009, com mais de um milh\u00e3o e oitocentos mil utentes, com tend\u00eancia crescente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os deputados do PCP eleitos pelo c\u00edrculo de Set\u00fabal, Bruno Dias e Paula Santos, quiseram saber se o Governo vai ou n\u00e3o intervir para que sejam retiradas e revistas as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es transmitidas \u00e0s administra\u00e7\u00f5es das empresas de transporte p\u00fablico, e para que n\u00e3o avancem estas medidas gravosas para os direitos dos utentes e trabalhadores, a qualidade de vida das popula\u00e7\u00f5es e a mobilidade sustent\u00e1vel na \u00c1rea Metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Gabinete de Imprensa da DORS do PCP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00c9 conhecida a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo para as Empresas do Sector Empresarial do Estado ao qual o grupo Transtejo pertence, em que \u00e9 imposta uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 15% nos custos globais das Empresas.
