1 \u2013 A Hist\u00f3ria da nossa crise.<\/p>\n

O Pa\u00eds atravessa uma grave crise econ\u00f3mica, pol\u00edtica, com origem na crise financeira que deflagrou nos EUA em 2008.<\/p>\n

A fal\u00eancia do \u201cLehman Brothers\u201d, esteve na g\u00e9nese desta\u00a0 crise financeira que come\u00e7ou nos EUA, tendo-se posteriormente estendido a toda a Europa.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 famoso pelas piores raz\u00f5es, o processo de fal\u00eancia deste Banco Americano, situa\u00e7\u00e3o que atingiu por for\u00e7a da crise financeira motivada pela especula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Come\u00e7ou com as hipotecas \u201csubprime\u201d e continuou com a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o feita pelas ag\u00eancias de \u201crating\u201d, dos produtos financeiros nos quais se inclu\u00edam os t\u00edtulos de d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n

Estas ag\u00eancias, conforme foi reconhecido nos EUA, cometeram erros na qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos, tendo tido um papel determinante para o desenrolar da situa\u00e7\u00e3o calamitosa que o sistema financeiro Europeu ainda est\u00e1 a sofrer.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o deixa de ser curioso, que as referidas ag\u00eancias tivessem classificado o \u201cLehman Brothers\u201d como um triplo A, isto \u00e9, o mais fi\u00e1vel Banco de todo o mundo financeiro.<\/p>\n

Na verdade, os investidores confiaram nas classifica\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pelas ag\u00eancias, o que ajudou a que o mercado financeiro se colocasse em \u201calta\u201d, para logo de seguida, quando tiveram que baixar essas classifica\u00e7\u00f5es, fizeram cair a economia. Os danos que causaram est\u00e3o \u00e0 vista de todos.<\/p>\n

Portugal foi vitima destas ag\u00eancias, as quais determinaram que o Pa\u00eds ou \u00eda para a Bancarrota, ou, alternativa, teria que ceder \u00e0s exig\u00eancias do capital financeiro.<\/p>\n

O que acabou por acontecer, j\u00e1 que os Bancos cortaram o cr\u00e9dito ao Estado em Abril de 2011.<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 \u00a0O estado actual.<\/p>\n

Na sequ\u00eancia da crise, o Pa\u00eds foi \u00a0a votos. Ganhou as elei\u00e7\u00f5es o Partido Social Democrata.<\/p>\n

Tendo como lema, a \u201cmudan\u00e7a\u201d, o PSD logrou obter maioria parlamentar e, prepara-se para governar o Pa\u00eds, em conjunto com o CDS\/PP.<\/p>\n

E, \u00e9 aqui que se levanta a quest\u00e3o. E agora Portugal, estamos a viver um regime que \u00e9 a social-democracia, ou um regime neo liberal?<\/p>\n

Filosoficamente, as duas ideologias n\u00e3o se confundem.<\/p>\n

A Social-Democracia, ou Socialismo Democr\u00e1tico, baseava-se num ideal de Revolu\u00e7\u00e3o Social, nos princ\u00edpios da liberta\u00e7\u00e3o do homem da pobreza, da explora\u00e7\u00e3o e da mis\u00e9ria.<\/p>\n

Seria atrav\u00e9s da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o deste regime, que se conseguiria atingir o direito ao emprego e\u00a0 a justi\u00e7a social.<\/p>\n

Por\u00e9m, uma coisa\u00a0 s\u00e3o os \u00a0ideais, outra bem diferente, \u00e9 a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos, sobretudo, \u00a0a vontade de os concretizar.<\/p>\n

Na Europa, logo nos anos 70 do s\u00e9culo passado, come\u00e7aram a desvirtuar-se os princ\u00edpios filos\u00f3ficos da Social Democracia, que passou a seguir uma linha de pensamento, protagonizada pela Universidade de Chicago, cujo defensor mais ac\u00e9rrimo foi Milton Friedman,\u00a0 que se aproximava perigosamente do liberalismo.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A esta corrente come\u00e7ou ent\u00e3o a chamar-se \u00a0\u201cNeoliberalismo\u201d. Os ilustre economistas que\u00a0 defendiam essa filosofia, baseavam-se numa m\u00e1xima: O Estado deve estar o mais afastado que for poss\u00edvel, da vida econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n

Na perspectiva dos neo liberais, os homens n\u00e3o nascem iguais, nem podem pretender atingir a igualdade. Se o fizerem, \u00a0est\u00e3o a violar a lei de Deus ou da Natureza.S\u00f3 atrav\u00e9s da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da desigualdade \u00e9 que os melhores podem sobressair, e os menores podem obedecer e contribuir com a sua for\u00e7a de trabalho, para que os melhores sejam os mais ricos, e dominem, por via dessa riqueza, os mais pobres.<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Portugal neo liberal.<\/p>\n

Na situa\u00e7\u00e3o actual no nosso Pa\u00eds, concretiza-se a tend\u00eancia que j\u00e1 vem da Europa: Os Sociais Democratas v\u00e3o aplicar ao Pa\u00eds as teorias neoliberais.<\/p>\n

Basta ler as medidas impostas pelo FMI para compreender que estas s\u00e3o medidas tendentes a glorificar o poder do capital financeiro, em detrimento do poder da economia e da riqueza que pode ser gerada atrav\u00e9s da produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Todo o documento cont\u00e9m regras de funcionamento do Estado que nos transportam para o neo liberalismo, nalguns at\u00e9 para o ultra liberalismo, prevendo-se deixar \u00fanica e exclusivamente ao Estado, o papel de gerir a seguran\u00e7a e a representa\u00e7\u00e3o internacional. Todas as \u00e1reas que actualmente e nos termos da nossa Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, competem ao Estado Portugu\u00eas, v\u00e3o ser ou privatizadas ou abertas \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o por parte do sector privado, gerando, a gest\u00e3o da coisa p\u00fablica, lucros que, ao inv\u00e9s de reverterem a favor do Pa\u00eds todo, revertem apenas para alguns, (poucos) a tal minoria que j\u00e1 nasceu melhor que os outros, a maioria.<\/p>\n

Ser\u00e1 que as pessoas que n\u00e3o foram votar sabem que Portugal vai ser neo liberal?<\/p>\n
