Decorrendo em dois dias, permite, nos escal\u00f5es jovens, o desdobramento dos remadores de barcos mais longos para barcos mais curtos, abrindo a possibilidade aos atletas de realizarem duas prova; uma em cada dia. As provas disputam-se em mangas cronometradas, sendo a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o obtida pelos tempos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No s\u00e1bado a jornada come\u00e7ou da melhor forma com a excelente vit\u00f3ria do <em>quadri-scull<\/em> juvenil masculino. Lu\u00eds Martins, Miguel Costa, Jo\u00e3o Raposinho e Hugo Oliveira confirmaram a sua supremacia nesta embarca\u00e7\u00e3o, apagando a mem\u00f3ria do 13\u00ba lugar por que se ficaram na Regata Internacional da Queima das fitas, disputada no in\u00edcio do m\u00eas em Coimbra e que se ficou a dever a uma avaria no leme da embarca\u00e7\u00e3o. Venceram com 2 segundos de vantagem os espanh\u00f3is do Mi\u00f1o (Galiza) e por 6 segundos a tripula\u00e7\u00e3o do Infante D. Henrique, de Gondomar, calssificada em 3\u00ba lugar, entre 13 participantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainda no s\u00e1bado, realce para o excelente 2\u00ba lugar em <em>double-scull <\/em>iniciado masculino. Miguel Nobre e Eduardo Sousa ficaram a 4 segundo de uma tripula\u00e7\u00e3o mista de dois clubes (Cerveira\/Sport Clube do Porto). Este facto permite perspectivar um bom resultado para o Campeonato Nacional, j\u00e1 em Junho, onde n\u00e3o s\u00e3o permitidas tripula\u00e7\u00f5es mistas de clubes. Participaram nesta prova 21 tripula\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em <em>skiff<\/em> infantil masculino os dois estreantes nestas lides Jo\u00e3o Sousa e Daniel Oliveira portaram-se \u00e0 altura e obtiveram os 6\u00ba e 27\u00ba lugares, respectivamente, entre os 33 participantes. Nada mal para quem come\u00e7a!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No sector feminino, Marta Nobre e J\u00falia Martins, ambas infantis, \u201cguerreando\u201d com advers\u00e1rias fisicamente bem mais desenvolvidas, n\u00e3o deixaram de lutar e obterem as 9\u00aa e 13\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00f5es, respectivamente, entre 22 concorrentes. A J\u00falia, tendo-lhe calhado a pista mais assolada lateralmente pelo vento forte conseguiu, apesar disso manter um excelente rumo, algo que para al\u00e9m de penoso, n\u00e3o \u00e9 tarefa f\u00e1cil para jovens remadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A a fechar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o Ferrovi\u00e1ria da primeira jornada, uma excelente vit\u00f3ria das \u201csenhoras\u201d do <em>quadri-scull<\/em> veterano. Maria Ganchinho, Alexandra Raposinho, Dora Dias e Ana Barracosa superaram as suas advers\u00e1rias apresentando uma superioridade competitiva sem qualquer contesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na segunda jornada, domingo, logo na primeira prova, os juvenis Lu\u00eds Martins e Miguel Costa alinharam em <em>skiff<\/em>. Por menos de 2 segundos o primeiro n\u00e3o sobre ao p\u00f3dio, alcan\u00e7ando uma excelente 4 posi\u00e7\u00e3o tendo em conta que estavam em competi\u00e7\u00e3o 37 remadores. Ao Miguel Costa coube a 6\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o esperando-se mais deste remador. Certamente alguma falta de concentra\u00e7\u00e3o que ter\u00e1 que ser revista. Ele \u00e9 capaz de muito mais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agora em <em>double scull<\/em>, os juvenis Jo\u00e3o Raposinho e Hugo Oliveira chegaram brilhantemente \u00e0 primeira posi\u00e7\u00e3o, agora batendo a tripula\u00e7\u00e3o do Clube Naval Setubalense e a galega do Mi\u00f1o. Os pr\u00f3prios advers\u00e1rios o reconhecem: s\u00e3o de facto remadores de excep\u00e7\u00e3o. E, acrescentamos, extremamente dedicados e trabalhadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em skiff iniciado masculino os Ferrovi\u00e1rios do Barreiro\/Ba\u00eda do Tejo estiveram representados por Eduardo Sousa, Miguel Nobre e Jo\u00e3o Lopes, tendo obtido as 8\u00ba, 17\u00aa e 27\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00f5es entre 33 participantes. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada a fazer. Os dois primeiros d\u00e3o-se melhor em tripula\u00e7\u00e3o que em barcos individuais. No dia anterior obtiveram a segunda posi\u00e7\u00e3o em <em>double-scull<\/em>. J\u00e1 o Jo\u00e3o Lopes tem que treinar mais na \u00e1gua. S\u00f3 isso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cferrovi\u00e1ria\u201d terminou com mais uma vit\u00f3ria. Tangencialmente os veteranos, numa acesa luta com a tripula\u00e7\u00e3o do ARCO de Viana do Castelo, alcan\u00e7aram o quarto primeiro lugar para o clube barreirense. Helder Assun\u00e7\u00e3o (Peri), Jorge Sousa, Miguel Lopes, Rui Raposinho, Jos\u00e9 Fragoso, Rui Miguel, Herm\u00ednio Caeiro, e Pedro Antunes, timonados pelo S\u00e9rgio Vinagre tiveram que suar para ganhar a vantagem de 1 segundo com que bateram os seus advers\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No final os Ferrovi\u00e1rios do Barreiro\/Ba\u00eda do Tejo alcan\u00e7am uma excelente 7\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o na classifica\u00e7\u00e3o geral por pontos entre os 17 concorrentes, \u00e0 frente de muitos dos clubes habitualmente refer\u00eancias no Remo portugu\u00eas. E ser\u00e1 de frisar que, em n\u00famero de primeiros lugares, obtendo 4, tantos quanto os espanh\u00f3is do Min\u00f5 e logo atr\u00e1s do Infante D. Henrique de Gondomar, vencedor por pontos. E deveu-se, sobretudo, \u00e0 dimens\u00e3o da delega\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cferrovi\u00e1ria\u201d que, sendo muito menor foi, por\u00e9m bem mais eficaz. De facto, quaisquer dos clubes classificados at\u00e9 \u00e0 6\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o tiveram uma comitiva maior, variando entre o m\u00e1ximo de 60 e o m\u00ednimo de 29 elementos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">H\u00e1, de facto, que aumentar o n\u00famero de praticantes. Tarefa dif\u00edcil pelos meios materiais e humanos que tal exige mas, sobretudo porque os nossos jovens est\u00e3o cada vez menos predispostas \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica desportiva. Algo para que tem que se olhar com a aten\u00e7\u00e3o que merece por tudo o que representa para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00fade dos nossos jovens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais uma vez h\u00e1 que deixar expresso o agradecimento aos pais, cujo empenho \u00e9 not\u00e1vel no acompanhamento, seja no dia-a-dia, seja nas regatas. E ainda bem.
