{"id":1772,"date":"2011-04-21T16:50:34","date_gmt":"2011-04-21T15:50:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/barreiroweb.eu\/?p=1772"},"modified":"2011-04-21T16:50:34","modified_gmt":"2011-04-21T15:50:34","slug":"%e2%80%9cos-verdes%e2%80%9d-questionam-governo-sobre-construcao-do-hospital-do-seixal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/?p=1772","title":{"rendered":"\u201cOS VERDES\u201d QUESTIONAM GOVERNO SOBRE CONSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O DO HOSPITAL DO SEIXAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/barreiroweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/verdes.png\" rel=\"lightbox[1772]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-683\" title=\"verdes\" src=\"http:\/\/barreiroweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/verdes-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/verdes-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/verdes-50x50.png 50w, https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/verdes-70x70.png 70w, https:\/\/arquivo.barreiroweb.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/verdes-55x55.png 55w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a>Na sequ\u00eancia da reuni\u00e3o, ocorrida hoje pela manh\u00e3, entre o Partido Ecologista \u201cOs Verdes\u201d, a C\u00e2mara Municipal do Seixal e a Comiss\u00e3o de Utentes de Sa\u00fade do Seixal, onde foi debatido todo o processo moroso da constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Hospital do Seixal, e considerando que, para o PEV, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o desta unidade hospitalar \u00e9 a prioridade das prioridades no Distrito de Set\u00fabal, a <strong>Deputada Helo\u00edsa Apol\u00f3nia remeteu hoje mesmo uma pergunta ao Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, no sentido de solicitar esclarecimentos que se imp\u00f5em, neste momento, relativos \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Hospital do Seixal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PERGUNTA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A constru\u00e7\u00e3o do hospital do Seixal \u00e9 um imperativo para a garantia do direito ao acesso \u00e0 sa\u00fade por parte de milhares e milhares de pessoas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com efeito, o Hospital Garcia de Orta foi concebido para dar resposta a 150.000 pessoas e d\u00e1 hoje resposta (contando todos os servi\u00e7os e val\u00eancias dispon\u00edveis) a cerca de 500.000 pessoas, o que torna insustent\u00e1vel a sua capacidade, quest\u00e3o h\u00e1 muito provada pelo longo tempo de espera a que os utentes se sujeitam com claro preju\u00edzo para a sua sa\u00fade e, \u00e9 mesmo preciso diz\u00ea-lo, por ser real, com preju\u00edzo para a sua vida, em muitas circunst\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O certo \u00e9 que apesar do hospital do Seixal ter sido objecto de diversas promessas e compromissos por parte do Governo, designadamente atrav\u00e9s de protocolo celebrado em 26 de Agosto de 2009 (o qual garantia a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da constru\u00e7\u00e3o desta unidade hospitalar no ano de 2012), os atrasos t\u00eam sido de tal ordem que p\u00f5em em causa esta obra e que levam ao incumprimento de um acordo estabelecido, de forma absolutamente incompreens\u00edvel e inaceit\u00e1vel. N\u00e3o se brinca assim com a vida das pessoas!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O certo \u00e9 que o projecto foi apresentado a concurso, tendo surgido 5 concorrentes. O Ju\u00edz do concurso finalizou o processo,\u00a0vai para 1 m\u00eas,\u00a0e neste momento s\u00f3 falta, mesmo, uma decis\u00e3o por parte do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, para que a obra seja adjudicada. O que se espera, ent\u00e3o?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O hospital do Seixal \u00e9 a obra priorit\u00e1ria do distrito de Set\u00fabal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assim, ao abrigo das disposi\u00e7\u00f5es constitucionais e regimentais aplic\u00e1veis, solicito a S. Exa O Presidente da Assembleia da Rep\u00fablica que remeta ao Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade a presente Pergunta, de modo a que me seja prestada a seguinte informa\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Solicito o envio do protocolo assinado pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade em Agosto de 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Finalizado todo o processo concursal, o que leva o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade a ainda n\u00e3o ter decidido e n\u00e3o ter adjudicado a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do t\u00e3o necess\u00e1rio hospital do Seixal?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Para quando se prev\u00ea essa adjudica\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.
