Ainda de acordo com informa\u00e7\u00e3o da FENACOOP e por not\u00edcias publicadas na Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social, o IMTT \u2013 Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes Terrestres ter\u00e1 notificado a empresa TST a apresentar os pre\u00e7os para 2011 e os dados das vendas de 2010. Posteriormente, o IMTT veio a considerar que os t\u00edtulos da rede urbana de Set\u00fabal t\u00eam um peso significativo nas vendas, levando a que o aumento m\u00e9dio fosse superior a 4,5%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em not\u00edcia entretanto divulgada pelo Jornal de Not\u00edcias, na sua edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 6 de Mar\u00e7o, a empresa TST apresentou uma proposta de revis\u00e3o do tarif\u00e1rio a vigorar a partir de 1 de Mar\u00e7o. A empresa propunha uma descida de pre\u00e7os em passes em Set\u00fabal e na Quinta do Conde, mantendo inalterado o restante tarif\u00e1rio, nomeadamente os bilhetes pr\u00e9-comprados e de bordo que nas Urbanas de Set\u00fabal sofreram aumentos que, em alguns casos, atingiram os 18%. Desta forma a empresa garantiria supostamente um aumento m\u00e9dio de 4,5%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta proposta ter\u00e1 sido aceite pelo IMTT, que teria considerado que assim o aumento do tarif\u00e1rio da empresa TST cumpre a m\u00e9dia ponderada de 4,5%. No entanto, essa determina\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u201cservi\u00e7os de refer\u00eancia\u201d para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e9dia ponderada adultera o princ\u00edpio dos aumentos m\u00e9dios, previsto na lei. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o deste \u201cm\u00e9todo\u201d, alargando as \u00e1reas de refer\u00eancia para al\u00e9m da homogeneidade da rede urbana de Set\u00fabal, torna-se perversa pois reduz o peso dos bilhetes pr\u00e9-comprados e de bordo na m\u00e9dia, permitindo aumentos pr\u00f3ximos dos 20% nestas tarifas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A presta\u00e7\u00e3o de um servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico de transportes, por natureza regulado pelo Estado, exige rigor e transpar\u00eancia, sob o risco de ser o pr\u00f3prio Estado que, ao arrepio e manipula\u00e7\u00e3o criativa da lei, garante rendas p\u00fablicas a empresas privadas, monopolistas dos servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os deputados do PCP, Paula Santos e Bruno Dias, quiseram saber que medidas vai o Governo tomar para que de uma vez por todas se ponha cobro a estes inaceit\u00e1veis aumentos de tarifas nos TST e seja punido esse comportamento abusivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00a0DORS do PCP<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00e3o fornecida pela FENACOOP &#8211; Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional das Cooperativas de Consumidores, FCRL, atrav\u00e9s do seu Gabinete de Apoio ao Consumidor, a empresa TST aumentou as tarifas para valores muito superiores \u00e0 m\u00e9dia de 4,5%, fixados pelo Governo no Despacho Normativo n.\u00ba 30\/2010.
