A esse proposito fa\u00e7o um balan\u00e7o de alguns aspectos da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher em Portugal utilizando os dados oficiais mais recentes disponiveis<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>RESUMO DESTE ESTUDO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No dia 8 de Mar\u00e7o comemora-se novamente o Dia Internacional da Mulher. Portanto, \u00e9 uma altura apropriada para fazer um balan\u00e7o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher em Portugal. Sem ter a pretens\u00e3o de abranger tudo, apenas se pretende chamar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o, mais uma vez, para alguns problemas graves de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher que continuam a existir e mesmo a agravar-se no nosso Pa\u00eds, nomeadamente em per\u00edodos de crise como \u00e9 aquele que vivemos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A mulher j\u00e1 ocupa em Portugal, a n\u00edvel de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de riqueza e de contributo para o desenvolvimento do Pa\u00eds, um papel insubstitu\u00edvel. As pr\u00f3prias estat\u00edsticas oficiais divulgadas pelo INE confirmam isso.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No 4\u00ba Trimestre de 2010, o n\u00edvel de escolaridade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o feminina em Portugal era j\u00e1 superior \u00e0 do homem. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o activa e empregada em cada 100 mulheres 41 possu\u00edam o ensino secund\u00e1rio e superior, enquanto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos homens a propor\u00e7\u00e3o era mais baixa, j\u00e1 que 31 em cada 100 homens possu\u00edam o ensino secund\u00e1rio e superior. E no mundo actual, o ensino secund\u00e1rio \u00e9 o m\u00ednimo necess\u00e1rio para se poder ter uma\u00a0 profiss\u00e3o\u00a0 minimamente qualificada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apesar de possu\u00edrem um n\u00edvel m\u00e9dio de escolaridade superior ao dos homens continuam a ser as mais atingidas pelo desemprego, nomeadamente num per\u00edodo de crise como \u00e9 aquele que vivemos. No 4\u00ba Trimestre de 2010, em cada 100 desempregados 52 eram mulheres. No entanto, se a an\u00e1lise for feita por n\u00edveis de escolaridade conclui-se que em cada 100 desempregados com o ensino b\u00e1sico 48 eram mulheres, mas j\u00e1 em cada 100 desempregados com o ensino secund\u00e1rio 59 eram mulheres, e em cada 100 desempregados com o ensino superior\u00a0 66 eram\u00a0 mulheres. Em Portugal, com o tipo de economia, de desenvolvimento e de patr\u00f5es que temos, maior n\u00edvel de escolaridade e sendo mulher \u00e9, infelizmente, sin\u00f3nimo de maior desemprego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A n\u00edvel de remunera\u00e7\u00f5es as mulheres continuam as ser sujeitas a elevada discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em primeiro lugar porque as mulheres \u00a0ocupam fundamentalmente profiss\u00f5es de menor qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e remunera\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, as profiss\u00f5es em que as mulheres s\u00e3o claramente maiorit\u00e1rias -Pessoal administrativo e similares (62,1%); Pessoal dos servi\u00e7os e vendedores (67,6%); Trabalhadores n\u00e3o qualificados (67,6%) \u2013 s\u00e3o profiss\u00f5es claramente de qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es e remunera\u00e7\u00f5es mais baixas. Numa profiss\u00e3o de elevada qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o em que det\u00eam ainda uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o maiorit\u00e1ria &#8211; Especialistas das profiss\u00f5es intelectuais e cient\u00edficas (55,6%) &#8211; entre 2009 e 2010, portanto num \u00fanico ano, o seu peso diminuiu, pois passou de 57,6% para 55,6% do emprego nesta profiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depois, segundo dados dos Quadros de Pessoal relativos a 2009 (s\u00e3o os \u00faltimos dados dispon\u00edveis) a \u00a0discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres verifica-se tanto\u00a0 a n\u00edvel de sectores de actividade econ\u00f3mica, como em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 escolaridade, como relativamente \u00e0s profiss\u00f5es\/qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es. Por ex., em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a trabalhadores com ensino b\u00e1sico a situa\u00e7\u00e3o varia entre a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da mulher ser superior \u00e0 do homem em 2% no sector de transportes, e a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da mulher corresponder apenas a 45% da do homem no sector de \u201cActividades art\u00edsticas, desportivas e na de espect\u00e1culos\u201d. No ensino secund\u00e1rio, a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o varia entre a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da mulher representar 90% da do homem no sector \u201cActividades administrativas e de apoio\u201d\u00a0 e ser apenas 61,4% no sector \u201cActividades art\u00edsticas, desportivas e espect\u00e1culos\u201d. E a n\u00edvel de licenciatura, a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o remunerat\u00f3ria varia entre a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da mulher representar apenas 61,9% no sector \u201cActividades administrativas e servi\u00e7os de apoio\u201d e ser\u00a0 82,8% da do homem no sector de \u201cInforma\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel de escolaridade, quanto mais elevada \u00e9 a sua escolaridade menor \u00e9 a percentagem que a sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o representa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 do homem. Com escolaridade mais baixa \u2013 Inferior ao 1\u00ba ciclo b\u00e1sico \u2013 a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da mulher representava 81,6% da do homem, enquanto uma mulher com doutoramento a sua remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia corresponde apenas a 70,9% da do homem. Finalmente, a n\u00edvel de profiss\u00f5es\/qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es, a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tanto maior quanto mais elevada \u00e9 a sua qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da mulher correspondia a 92,5% da do homem a n\u00edvel de \u201cPraticantes e aprendizes\u201d, mas era j\u00e1 70,5% da do homem a n\u00edvel de \u201cQuadros superiores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 confirmada por dados mais recentes do Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho (GEP), pois em Abril de 2010 a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia dos homens era de 1.273\u20ac e a da mulher 958\u20ac (78%), e 13% das mulheres recebiam o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo nacional, enquanto os homens eram apenas 6%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mesmo depois de reformada a mulher continua sujeita a uma grande discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o. Em Janeiro de 2011, a pens\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de velhice da mulher era apenas de 304 \u20ac, enquanto a do homem era de 516\u20ac, ou seja, a pens\u00e3o das mulheres correspondia apenas a 58,9% da do homem. E a n\u00edvel de pens\u00f5es de invalidez, a pens\u00e3o m\u00e9dia da mulher era, em Janeiro de 2011, muito inferior ao limiar de pobreza sendo apenas 294\u20ac\/m\u00eas, que correspondia a 78% da do homem (377\u20ac\/m\u00eas)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Eug\u00e9nio Rosa<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Economista<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dentro de poucos dias comemora-se novamente o 8 de Mar\u00e7o, Dia Internacional da Mulher.
