O Chefe de Estado Maior da Armada (CEMA) fez-se representar. Estiveram presentes o Presidente da Assembleia Municipal de Almada e o Vereador S\u00f3cio-cultural em representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Presidente da C\u00e2mara de Almada. Esteve o Presidente da CPCCRD e um representante da CGTP\/IN.
