Carlos Alber\"carl\u00f3\"<\/a>to Oliveira de Jesus (Carl\u00f3)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nasceu em Lisboa, mas com 6 meses de idade veio com os seus pais para o Barreiro, cidade onde ainda hoje reside, facto que o leva a dizer com orgulho \u00abConsidero-me um bar\u00adreirense de alma e cora\u00e7\u00e3o\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Fez a instru\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria na Escola da CUF, no Bairro Oper\u00e1rio, e ingressou na CUF aos 15 anos como aprendiz de serralheiro nas Oficinas de Repara\u00e7\u00e3o Mec\u00e2nica. Ao mesmo tempo frequentava o Curso Industrial na Escola Alfredo da Silva, tendo conclu\u00eddo mais tarde o 5.o ano do antigo Curso Geral dos Liceus.<\/p>\n

Entrou para os quadros da CUF em 1952, ingressando no regresso da tropa nos escrit\u00f3rios do Departamento de Tr\u00e1fego, onde fez o resto da sua carreira profissional durante 39 anos, chegando a exercer as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de subchefe de escrit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n

Desde muito cedo se mostrou interessado pela activi\u00addade desportiva, iniciando a sua carreira no futebol aos 15 anos no GD 1.o de Maio, tendo depois optado pelo Grupo Desportivo da CUF, devido \u00e0 oferta de emprego. A\u00ed jogou durante 12 anos, tendo integrado a Selec\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional Mili\u00adtar e foi internacional na Selec\u00e7\u00e3o de Esperan\u00e7as (com Jos\u00e9 Augusto e M\u00e1rio Coluna, entre outros). Mais tarde foi treinador de futebol no Luso Futebol Clube, nas \u00e9pocas de 1970?1972.<\/p>\n

No per\u00edodo que se seguiu ao 25 de Abril foi membro da Comiss\u00e3o de Trabalhadores e foi presidente do Conselho Geral de Trabalhadores.<\/p>\n

Em 1976 foi eleito membro da Assembleia Municipal do Barreiro e entre 1983 e 1985 foi tesoureiro da Junta de Fre\u00adguesia do Barreiro. Foi presidente da Assembleia de Fregue\u00adsia do Alto do Seixalinho 1985 at\u00e9 1994.<\/p>\n

Como associativista foi fundador do GD 1.o de Maio, no Bairro das Palmeiras, foi tesoureiro no Clube Naval Barrei\u00adrense e exerceu o lugar de secret\u00e1rio-geral no GD da Quimi\u00adgal de 1978 a 1980.<\/p>\n

A paix\u00e3o pela escrita vem-lhe de muito novo e afirma com entusiasmo que \u00abos meus primeiros poemas fazia-os muitas vezes no trabalho e oferecia-os aos meus colegas\u00bb. Tem seis livros editados: Freguesia do Alto do Seixalinho e seus Top\u00f3nimos, em 1991; Desportistas Ilustres, em 1992; O Meu Bairro, em 1994; Pe\u00f5es no Xadrez Imperial da CUF, em 2001; Monografia do Movimento Associativo do Alto do Seixalinho, em 2003; e um segundo romance, Julgamento da Mem\u00f3ria, publicado em 2009.<\/p>\n

Colabora regularmente com os jornais O Rio, Gazeta de Palmela, Jornal do Barreiro, Outra Banda e nos jornais online Barreiroweb e O Rio.<\/p>\n
